What is ryvr?
ryvr is a recruitment conversation intelligence platform. It listens to your calls and meetings, writes up the notes, drafts the follow-ups and writes the structured details into your CRM.
How does the free trial work?
The ryvr plan comes with 21 days free, rolled out with your team, and no card. It is configured to your desk before your first call.
How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes, on the CRM you already use.
How quickly will we know if it’s working?
Within a week. Connect on Monday, change nothing about your week, and read what came back on Friday. If it hasn’t told you something about your own desk you didn’t know, switch it off.
how it works.
Which conversations does ryvr capture?
Phone and VoIP calls (such as Aircall, RingCentral and 8x8), video meetings on Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, and in-person meetings recorded on your phone.
What do I get after each call?
The write-up, emailed to you, and a structured record synced to your CRM with details like salary, notice, budgets and buying signals. You also get action items and email drafts written in your tone.

A notetaker records the conversation. ryvr does the work that comes after it: the follow-up, the spec, the search strings, the shortlist, the leads hiding in the call and the coaching note.
Will it understand my market?
ryvr is set up for your vertical before the first call: perm or contract, 360 or split desk, retained or contingent. It keeps adjusting as your market moves.

Does ryvr have its own AI?
Yes. ryvr has its own AI built in, and it has heard every call your business makes. Ask it what is working and it answers with the calls the answer came from.
Can my team use ryvr from Claude or Codex?
Yes. ryvr has connectors for Claude and Codex, so a team that already works there can ask about its calls from there, using the same memory. The connectors are on the paid plan.
data, security and privacy.
Where is our data stored?
Customer data on the ryvr platform is hosted on AWS in the EU, in the Frankfurt (eu-central-1) region.
Is our data encrypted?
Yes. It is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2 or above.
Is our call data used to train AI models?
No. AI processing runs through enterprise API agreements with Anthropic and OpenAI, and customer data is not used to train their models.
Who controls the data from our calls?
Your agency does. ryvr processes call data as a data processor on your instructions, under a Data Processing Agreement with each customer.
Is ryvr ISO 27001 certified?
Yes. Every plan comes with ISO 27001 certification, AES-256 encryption and EU data residency.

What does ryvr cost?
ryvr is £48 a seat a month billed annually, with a 3 seat minimum, or £69 a seat month to month by direct debit. ryvr partner is by application, for agencies of 10 or more seats. See pricing.
What is ryvr lite?
Our free plan for recruiters: 14 days unlimited, then free for good. Everything is unlocked for your first two weeks. After that, 300 minutes of your calls every month, for as long as you want it, with no card. The minutes reset on the 1st. Try ryvr lite.
What’s the difference between ryvr lite and the paid plan?
ryvr lite includes AI summaries, branded clips, every intelligence pack and video meetings from your calendar. CRM sync, phone and dialler calls and the Claude and Codex connectors are on the paid plan.
What happens if I use all 300 minutes?
Recording pauses until the 1st. ryvr never cuts a call off partway through. When you need more, you can upgrade inside ryvr in one click.
getting your team on board.
Will my team actually use it?
They don’t have to. Every call, the write-up is emailed and the structured record syncs to your CRM, so if a consultant ignores ryvr completely, the CRM still gets filled in.
Do we need a rollout project or training?
No. No project plan, no change programme and no one to train. Your team calls the way they always have, and the only difference is what is waiting in their inbox afterwards.
